First, the advantage of the product:
1. It is suitable for single transducer or less than 6 transducers.
2, small volume, easy to install inside the cleaning machine shell.
Two. The characteristics of the product:
1. All the power output components IGBT are imported devices, with the advantages of small size, high power and fast response.
2, power pipe: adopt imported Japanese Toshiba 90A/1200V import pipe to eliminate the possibility of burning pipe.
3, the latest excitation control circuit, the output power of up to 93%, so that the ultrasonic cavitation density has been greatly improved.
4, the output current is sine wave, which can extend the life of transducer and generator itself.
Wiring instructions between Ultrasonic Generator Circuit and Ultrasonic Transducer

♥ The circuit board can't power on under no-load condition

♥ After installed, we can not power on until lay cleaning fluid

♥ Ultrasonic transducer has two lugs.The positive one lay in the middle of two pieces of ceramic.The native one near lower metal column. Please do not make wrong when wiring.

♥ The larger side with screw hole in ceramic transducer which has a function of vibration,can be stuck in the bottom of cleaning machine. And please make sure the cleaning machine is safely grounding

♥ The ceramic transducer should be pasted in the bottom of cleaning machine using transducer specialized glue or use AB glue stick. but the effect is a bit poor, or use epoxy resin with proportion of 10:4.

♥ Two transducers connected on the circuit board in parallel. Usually, one circuit board connect maximum two transducers. And it also can matched with one transducer.

♥ AC stands for 110 v mains line and zero line;OUT+ connect the positive pole of transducer.OUT- connect the negative pole of transducer. Please make sure the wiring way is correct between OUT and transducer.
